Contractor tags
Tags are an effective tool for categorizing contractors based on shared characteristics, making it easier to search and filter them. For example, you can assign tags like country, industry, size (e.g., top 5, top 10), or niche to specific contractors.
Open the menu and navigate to Dictionaries → Tags.
УIn the toolbar’s upper right corner, select Create Tag → Contractor Tag.
A window will open:
Fill in the fields:
Type – Leave this unchanged; it is already set. In our case, this is a contractor tag.
Name – This is how the tag will be displayed in the filter. Choose a name that is as relevant and clear as possible.
Alias – This will be used in scripts and synchronization tools. Only lowercase Latin letters, numbers, and the symbols “-” and “_” are allowed.
Icon – This optional field allows you to visually emphasize a specific tag. You can browse the icon library using this link, where you can also view icon names. Begin typing the icon name in the field, and a list of matching icons will appear for selection. For example, if you want to use the fire icon, start typing “fire” and then select it from the list.
Color – Set the tag color.
Tag management – For contractor tags, there is only manual operation mode. This is set by default, so you can skip this field.
After completing all the fields, select Save.
Go back to Menu → Dictionaries → Contractors.
The list of contractors will appear. Hover over the contractor you want to edit and select the Edit icon.
💡 Tip: Double-clicking on a contractor also opens the editing fields.
The editing window will open.
In the Tags section, configure the settings you need by selecting options from the list.
Select Save.
If you need to assign the same tag to multiple contractors, repeat the above steps for each contractor.
When working with reports in Pricer24, you can filter data by contractor tags. In the filter tab, find the Contractor section, go to the With tag field, and select the necessary tags from the list.
When working with the With tag field, you can:
Select multiple tags at once
Select all tags
Reset the filter by double-clicking Select all
💡 Tip: To select contractors who do not have a specific tag, go to the second filter tab (Extended) and choose the desired option in the Without tag field.
