How to set up a profile so that reports and dashboards display only those products for which you are responsible

Each platform user can configure their account to display only the products they are responsible for in reports, dashboards, and other modules rather than displaying all of the company’s products.


Don’t waste time filtering data. Spend just 1 minute configuring your settings once and see only what you need every time.

💡 Tip: Customize your sidebar reports for quicker navigation


Alongside setting up product segment filters in your profile, keep your sidebar clean and focused:

  • In the «All Reports» tab, enable only the core reports you monitor regularly.
  • In the «All Configurations» tab, toggle on the specific presets and views you want pinned right under each report (you can switch between both tabs instantly at the top left).
