Password recovery

If a user forgets their account password, they need to follow the password recovery procedure.

On the login page, go to the Forgot password? link.

In the next window, enter your email address, then choose Reset.

Choosing Reset will reset your old password. A new temporary password will be sent to the email address registered to the account.

After receiving the email with the new password, use it to log in to your account.

After logging in with the new temporary password sent to your email, you can either change your password manually or generate a new one automatically.

To change the password:

Open the menu and navigate to Settings → My profile.
In the window that opens, set a new password or generate it automatically (by choosing the lightning icon).
Select Save.
