Product tags
Tags allow you to group products by a common attribute and speed up filtering. For example, you can assign certain products tags like “New Arrival” or “Bestseller.”
In the menu on the left side of the screen, select Dictionaries → Tags.
In the top right corner of the toolbar, select Create Tag and choose Product Tag from the menu. A new section will open:
Fill in the fields: create a relevant name, set an icon, and set a tag color.
The icon field is optional and can be used to draw extra attention to a particular tag. The icon library is available via a link through which you can also view icon names. Start typing the icon name in the field and a list will appear from which you can select the necessary icon.
Working with tags. Product tags have two modes: Manual and Script. Select Manual.
Select Save.
In the menu on the left, select Dictionaries → Products. A list of products will appear.
Find the necessary product using filters.
Click on the product to open fields for editing. Now go to the Tags tab.

In the menu on the left side of the screen, select Dictionaries → Tags.
Hover over the tag you want to remove. An edit menu will appear on the right. Select “Delete from all products” and confirm the action.
You can also use batch tagging to add, remove, and set tags for an entire list of products. For example, this option can be useful during promotions when you need to mark a certain list of SKUs with the Promotion tag. For more information, see the article “Bulk operations with product tags: exporting and importing product tags.”
In the filter, find the Product section, go to the With Tag field, and select tags from the list.
While working with the product tag filter, you can:
Select multiple tags at once

Reset the filter by double-clicking Select all
💡 Tip: If you need to select products that don’t have a specific tag, go to the second tab of the Extended filter, scroll down, and select the necessary option in the Without Tag field.
